Paramedics were called to her home after 911 was called, and she was pronounced dead at the scene, TMZ reported.
The report said that no drugs or alcohol were involved in her death and that there was nothing suspicious about her death. A toxicology report and an autopsy report are pending for her cause of death, TMZ reported.
A source added to the New York Daily News there is no foul play suspected “at this time.”
“Her autopsy has been completed, and the cause of death is pending toxicology, which could take up to three weeks,” the Los Angeles medical examiner told Radar Online.
“I’m absolutely shocked, for sure,” fitness personality Annette Milbers was quoted by the Daily News as saying. “We messaged last week. She always made other people feel great, and she had reached out to me because I competed. She said how proud she was.”
Blank was the youngest competitor to win the International Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness World Championships in 1999, according to People magazine.
She worked with Alex Rodriguez, Mickey Rourke, Pauly Shore, and Jordana Brewster, her website states. She’s also appeared on the covers of Oxygen and MuscleMag.
“Without my health and fitness, I have nothing,” she recently said on her Facebook page.
No other details about her death are immediately available.
